I believe crosstraining is the best way to get fully well rounded but im obviously gonna go with Grind House/K2L They train with a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black from Top Team Eduardo Ramos, 2 time all american roman greco wrestler Daniel Price greatly respectes striking coaches, such as Brian Davidson, Joe Carrasco also Joe "Mitts". Not to mention we have top level proffessionals like UFC Rob Kimmons, WEC's James Krause, Strike Force hopefull Eric Marriott, Deryck Ripley, Aaron Derrow, Josh Bernal Jon Orr the list goes on im sure you get the picture sorry I didnt mention everyone guys lol And they train usually 2 times a day 5 days a week at least!

But there are some very tallented gyms in this state for sure.
